Every single track on Heartthrob is superb and a potential single but if I had to pick just one standout track, it would be this.
My goodness. Tegan and Sara have now gone full on power pop.
I'm guessing some of their fanbase is less than pleased. I however love it. Their music has always been full of catchy hooks and this sound makes perfect sense.
Their new album Heartthrob is the best thing they've ever done. The Swift, the Gaga and the Perry have made some terrific pop records in recent years. Heartthrob blows them all away.
It really is that good.
